Lead the payroll and benefits departments. Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to senior management on benefits and payroll processes. Regular collaboration with the subsidiary General Managers and HR Managers to understand and align to their needs. Develop and implement programs or processes to enhance customer experience. Identify KPI's (Key Performance
